Designed to obtain an overview of your seamers condition with as little line disruption as possible, the PSA Seamer Health Check Sheet is a concise seamer assessment tool, employing a menu of area-specific questions, linked to a choice of pre-set answers selected from drop-down menus.
Once selected, the answers combine to provide the auditor with a Red, Amber, Green colour coded and score related machine condition rating.
This colour coded and score-based rating provides a clear concise visual representation of the seamer condition and is an automatic function of the answers selected.
Each check sheet will be seamer model specific and tailored to highlight both individual areas requiring attention whilst also generating a clear seamer condition overview.
This Health Check Sheet should be regarded as an addition to your current planned maintenance schedule and can be employed as an aid to overall line condition assessment. The sub assembly-based menu is suited both to very brief interventions, when the time available may only allow for a particular area of the seamer to be assessed, as well as longer stoppages in production when the complete range of checks can be completed.
